If the Voicemail button is not working, then the line has no voicemail profile assigned and / or the voicemail integration in CUCM is not correctly configured.
Maybe you should check the documentation about the integration:

Thank you for responding. The problem is this number 1812 has a CFA to voicemail but fails to retrieve voicemail from selecting the messages button.
