Is there a way to forward an extension to another extention in CUCM or Unity?
The set up we use is LDAP for user accounts in CM, so if we disable the user in AD can we still set up a forward?
This comes in the wake of a user leaving the company and the manager wanting the calls coming to them or a voice mail box they can retreive the calls from.
Any direction would be helpful?

Hi Joe,
You can go into CUCM and under the line settings of the extension of the user that left the company you click the 'Forward All' checkbox and in the destination field, put the extension you want this to be forwarded to.
For example, go to Device > Phone (Previous users phone) > Line > Select Forward All Checkbox.
If the extension/phone no longer exists, you can accomplish this using translation patterns (translating the old number to a new number)
