I have a case call hander using cisco unity connection
Call --> IVR ( 1800)--> Trafer to --> Hunt Group Sale 444 ( 801, 802,803..) --> No Answer --> Forwarding to IVR ( or Greeting " The extension busy")
the call follow is ok, but i have a problem if the sale group Extension no answer, the call disconnected..not forwarding to IVR or greeting
Can you help me !

It could be that Unity does not recognize the Hunt Pilot number. You can try to create a CTI route point and forward it to Hunt Group. Then check the condition for CTI number on the no answer option.

Use the port status monitor to check if the call is even reaching CUC or not, if it's reaching it you might need to create some routing rule.
If you don't even see the call then you need to look at CUCM and your FW config in the HP as something's wrong there.

how to forward to CTI port ?
I test fowarding to a Exention is ok, but i foward to CTI port is fail
i think there are a problem when i make test case with call to CTI port is ok, but using option forwarding to CTI port (IVR) is fail
