We have two CUCM servers and one Unity server running 8.6. We have received several complaints that outside callers can hear recordings in the background when they call in. The inside user doesn't hear the recordings. I'm pretty sure it is a Call Handler they are hearing. It doesn't happen very often. Not sure what to look at.

Try to replicate the issue and use the port status monitor to see if they're really ending up in CUC.

The call connects......both users (inside and outside) can hear and talk just fine. It's that the outside user can hear one of our Call Handlers in the background. Fairly sure it is a Call Handler because they describe what they are hearing. Have installed rpsm....

RPSM showed a Call Handler being played over-and-over. When I checked....it was only associated with Closed Greetings on other Call Handlers. I removed the dependencies and it still continued to play. Once I deleted it....it stopped.
