Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to setup the call manager such that if a call comes in to a certain extension and it is either busy or not answered after 3 rings, it will be routed back to the operatior.
Many thanks,
Shant

Hi Shant,
You will have option CFNA under line configuration of Phone. And the parameter related to it in service parameter

Thanks Ronak for your assistance. Our phone system is setup where if someone dials my extension, it will ring 4 times and goes to voice mail. My boss today decided that if the employee at that extension can not answer the phone after 3 rings, the call should go to the operator. I will try to change the settings according to the link above on my extension and see what will happen when a call comes in.
Thanks again,
Shant
