Call Manager 7.1 Backup (Device list can not selecte)

Hello,

I want to backup Call manager 7.1 but I can not selected from device list  cucm device name.

Backup-Add new device-Network Directory-

(I putt in all information there, but its ask to me device list name but device list is blank.)

The network directory needs to be an SFTP site that the system can access with the proper settings (directory, username, password) or the configuration will not be saved.

Are you seeing your backup device listed when on the devices page?

sorry i have same problem, i want to add new backup device, but device name cannot be filled.
