Is it possible to automatically import AD contacts in to the UCM directory (And not just users?) Version is 9.1.2.
Customer has Samaccountname for the user ID, but AD contacts don’t have a Samaccountname
Anyone done this before?

Nice one, cheers fella. Hope you are well! Guess we are scuppered because their contacts don't have SAMAccountNames and the directory is set to use SAMAccountName as userID.
Never mind, useful info anyway.

Hi carlnewton,
Have you get resolved your issue, because I have a similar case. I want that cucm import AD Contacts (not users) instead of having sAMAccountName. I tested the Aaron's solution but it did not get work. for info I have CUCM 10.5
Best regards
