Hi,
Looking to upgrade Call Manager cluster from 6.1.4 to CM 7.1.
Can someone advise what needs to be done on the ICM/IVR side of the system (upgrading JTAPI) to ensure everything continues to operate?
ICM 7.5(5)
IPIVR 5.0(2) _Build064
Call Manager 6.1.4.1000-10

You will need to reinstall the JTAPI app on the contact center servers. Reboot the contact center servers, login and resync everything. It should be fine.
It will probably still work, but the first UCCX is rebooted and it has the wrong the JTAPI info, the CTIs will unregister.
Otherwise everything is good. AXL is the same, etc.
