Hi all,
I am using call manager 8.5.1 and Unity connection 8.6.1 Do we need to purchase a software to upgrade to ver 9. Any steps to upgrade from 8.5 to 9 for both CM & CU

If you have UCSS then there is no cost. Otherwise you have to look at programs like Get current stay current, or D29. Check the upgrade guides for detailed step by step.
