call manager web access cannot display

hi

we have callmanager 7.0 cisco under linux redhat, pub and sub and dl unity, before all work fine, but one day break energie caused shutdowning the all servers, and when restart all server we can not access to web gui of call mananger cannot displayed but tomcat is starting ing dbutils service list,

we have tried many restart  of pub and sub server but the same problem and persist

all phone is out, tftp timeout

one expriment cisco say us we have to reinstall the system

please can you help us to avoid  this installation

is very urgent

My gut feel is you've got a database issue. Run "utils dbreplication runtimestate" on the pub and see what it says. But if Cisco TAC say to re-install the system....(You do have backups, don't you...?)

thanks i will do it soon, yes we have backup in sftp, in bad case how to reinstall the two server i need tuto to folw it

i hove the cli dbreplication fix my server without going to installation

what means and how i can fix it

It means your database is broken. Badly.

My advise: Re-install the pub, and restore from backups.

can reinstalll without loose anything just reinstall for fix

otherwise can you help me to send me tutorial to install cucm pub and sub step by step

after how to restore data from sftp

Hello, 

Please try to check the output of the below mentioned commands and see if a core dump has been generated or a test is failing for a particular  process / service -- in addition to checking the replication through the above mentioned commands.

utils service list
utils diagnose test all
show status

Please check if a core dump has been generated. Share the output if possible.
