Call Pick Up Issue

Hello,

I want to change the ring option for call pick up , by default in Service Parameter Configuration under "

Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)"

the option :-

Call Pickup Group Audio Alert Setting of Idle Station = Ring Once

Call Pickup Group Audio Alert Setting of Busy Station = Beep Only

Can i change the Audio setting for more than ring once.

Hi

Those settings are for notifying someone that an 'optional' pickup is available.

If you want it to continuously ring for a group, then you want a hunt group rather than a pickup group.
