Call Recording issue on UCCX7.0

Hi all,
I am using a UCCX 7.0. I am recording a file on Cisco supervisory Dekstop. Files are saving properly. But I am unable to hear the voice of recorded file. What will be the actual format to play and listen the saved record file. Also when we made a new work flow than how to add an agent in that new work flow.

How big are the files? Are they 24 bytes or larger than 24 bytes?
What kind of monitoring are you using? Desktop Monitoring or Server-based Monitoring?

Files are larger than 24 byte and using the Dekstop monitoring
