Call Recording Product/Feature Advice Rrequired

Hi all,

We have a requirement to record all calls (in and Outbound) from/to any nominated Numbers/Phones (Concurrently 1 number/phone but might change in the future). It also needs to be in Stealth/Silent mode to caller and callee.

I was wondering how best to do this leveraging the fact we have CUCM (ver 8.6.2) and Cisco Unity too (8.6.2).

Or does our requirement merit a 3rd Party solution?

I am aware of Live Record on Unity and SPAN feature but it seems to require a trigger by participants involved.

p.s I am aware of the legal implications and laws.

Advice most appreciated in advance.

You need a recording solution like MediaSense or Calabrio for what you want, there's no way to that with just CUCM and CUC.
