call recording to text

Hello experts,

                 In contact center , normally an agent is used to record the call for so many reasons, So we are using nice to record calls. So, is there any chance of converting voice to text ? while call is going on. Your response is highly appreciated.

Not from the Cisco side, you would need to check with NICE or other call recording solutions if they have something that could do this (doubtful).
