Hi Everyone, I've been searching all over the place but can't seem to find where this is controlled.
I Have a CUCM/Unity 10.5 setup
My problem is that when in a call handler and entering in an extension to transfer to I get the message "Wait While I transfer Your Call" Then it starts to play "All of our Representatives are busy...." The second part will cut off after a couple words. The "Wait while I transfer..." part is fine but is there some way of stopping it from playing the "All Reps are busy..." message? It's more of nusciance than anything but I'm being asked if it can be disabled
I've checked all on hold music to make sure there is nothing like that that plays and can't find anywhere in Unity that would control this.
Thanks in advance for any help any one can provide.
Thanks
Doug

That's message is not something you get from CUCM or CUC out of the box, you probably want to examine you call flow to determine where that's coming from.

It has to do with the Wait in Queue Sample audio file. The periodic announcement settings for the SampleAudioSource I had set to the Wait in Queue Sample. I have different Hold music for different groups but by default the Sample one seems to take over on the extension transfer part.

Go to the CH and select Edit > Greetings > Busy and see if the Busy setting is enabled. You can disable it or modify the greeting message in the bottom of the page.

I ended up setting the Wait Queue Sample to --Not Selected-- under the sampleaudiosource. That seems to be the default for everything so I will just leave that basic and create another instance so I can use the Wait in Queue message for certain hunt pilots.
Thanks Guys
