Unity 4.0(4). We are using the "caller system transfer" handler in the auto attendant subscriber. This handler prompts the caller for the extension and then asks the caller press "1" for conformation. The customer would like to remove the conformation step and just attempt the transfer. Any idea how?
Cheers!

Yes, there's a setting in the Advanced Settings Tool (which you'll find under the Tools Depot on your desktop) to turn this off. It's called "Conversation - Confirm number used for system transfers". Set it to 1 and Unity does not confirm (I know that sounds backwards).
If you don't see it in there, the registry key is HKLM\Software\Active Voice\Conversations\1.0\System Transfers\
The key name is "ConfirmBeforeTransfer" - it's a DWORD - set it to 1 and you should be good to go.
