Calling Name Displayed on Phone vs. Calling Number

Hello to all,

          I am running CUCM 7.1.3 and have an H323 Gateway. I would like to know how I can display calling name on our 7965G and 7945G phones instead of the calling number (caller id). I have read and read and read and still am not clear on the subject.

It is talked about a lot here on the forums.  You would need to run a TCL script on the gateway(s) that resolves Calling Number to a Caller Name contained in a DB of some sort.  I believe some posters have developed their own scripts that you can use/purchase, etc. Drop this guy a line:
