Is there a way to register an IP Phones by previously defined IP addresses at CallManager 5.1?

U can register an IP Phone using MAC Address and not IP Address. There is no option available to configure CM such that it does registration based on IP Address. It would only work when using MAC Address

If CallManager has this function will be greatful for us.
MAC address is not useful for me, I want to bind IP addresses with regions and then to bind to dial plan :). I just dreaming :).

Frankly speaking this is the first time I've seen this request and AFAIK, support for this is not even on RoadMap. Incase you want this feature to be available, you might want to contact your Cisco Rep/SE/AM and have them file for a feature request.
