Unity Mixed Voice Messaging/Unified Messaging OS support for Windows 2003

Hi All,

Does anyone know if Windows 2003 is supported for a Mixed Voice Messaging/Unified Messaging installation.

The Cisco doc entitled "Using Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Cisco Unity 4.0(4)"

says

"Installing Windows Server 2003 on the Cisco Unity server is supported only in a Cisco Unity Unified Messaging configuration".

What is the version of Unity you are currently using ?? Any Unity version which supports being installed on Windows 2003 server (Unity 4.0(5) or Later) can be used as Mixed Mode. You will have to install Exchange off-box. Also check http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/whitpapr/vmumwp.htm for information about how Licensing would work in this setup.
