CallManager / Unity LDAP Account change

Good afternoon Cisco experts! 

I am currently working on a project where CallManager / Unity are LDAP integrated.  We will be changing to Office 365, changing the LDAP account name, and the LDAP Manager distinguished name as well.   Running CallManager and Unity version 9.1.

My fear is when removing the old LDAP and adding the new LDAP upon syncing there will be duplicate users entries.

Is there a graceful way of performing this?  Best practice?  Haven't been able to find Cisco documentation on this one yet.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

As long as the value you're using for userID remains the same, there will be no duplicate users.

Hi Jaime,

I believe the userID will also be changing, they want to change the format....Which complicates this a little more.
