Calls fails to forward to voicemail

Hello,

i have integrate CUC 10.5 and CUCM 10.5 successfully, I am able to send messages through phone, but when a no answer internal or no answer external is tick in call forward settings for DN it doesn't forward the call to voice mail i have specified 10 sec , after 10 sec ringing i get busy tone and the call ends.

Hi Jack,

Few quick points to check here;

* Correct voicemail profile is attached to DN.

* Call Forward CSS can see the hunt pilot or route pattern depends on call manager integration with unity (SCCP/SIP). Although I can see that "none" CSS is assigned to call forward hence either hunt pilot or route pattern must be in "none" partition.

* VM port CSS can see the DN partition in case of SCCP integration.

* VM pilot CSS can see the hunt pilot or route pattern partition.

* Cross verify other CSS/Partition dependency if any.

Other points also needs to be checked depends on SCCP/SIP integration.

Should first verify whether call is even hitting CUC or not. Remote port status monitor tool will help in this.

the call is not hitting to CUC, i don't see any call hits in remote port status monitor.Now what will be my next step to check where things are missing.

Thanks for the chain of reply.

I missed the hunt pilot number from the drop down box  in the voice mail profile, once i selected the hunt pilot , the calls reached to the users voicemail profile.
