Hi All,
there is a site with CME and CUE.
Calls are working fine but when no one answer the call, the call should go to Unity but there is no Audio.
can you suggest?

A couple of thing to check / try :
Do you face the same issue if you dial directly into CUE from an IP phone registered to CME ? Or is it only for inbound calls?
CUE only talks G711 so if there is any other codec configured in the call flow then transcoder needs to be configured on CME.

The codec used is g 711 only.

Can you post the running config of CME and 'debug ccsip messages' for a test call with no audio.
