I have a Call handler with caller Input Option set to transfer to alt contact number.
It is set to go to 4099 which is a translation rule in CUCM.
The call handler is set to allow Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers
System transfer restriction table is set as follow:
CSS of voicemail ports can reach the Partition of the translation rule 4099

Can you dial that number from a call handler??? Not using caller input, dialing the DN??

Dialing into a call handler then dialing the number 4099 also results in "You cannot be transfered to this number, check the number and dial again"
Dialing 4099 from IP phone results in proper transfer to outsde line

I'm facing the very same issue.
Is there a solution for it?
I also added the pattern number to the restriction table with "Blocked" check box unchecked. No luck.
