Good day all,
Our callmanger 11.x end users has already configured the telephone number for everyone,but our microsoft AD hasn't configured it,so is there possible that CCM end users telephone number can update to AD or and API cisco support with microsoft AD?

Unfortunately, the Cisco Directory sync agreement does not write anything to LDAP. If you look at the privilege level for the directory manager, it's read only or higher. You can export the user and their UCM number, but UCM will never push user information into LDAP.
