Cannot access UC540 from inside

Dear members,

I am trying to configure the Cisco UC540 on my lab, I have connected the device to my L3 switch on vlan 10 (default vlan of the UC540) but unfortunately I can not ping the device from inside or access it via CCA from inside. It is now 2 weeks I am trying to sort myself out but there is no communication.

have you set any default gwy ip on L3 switch and is that pingable from both your uc540 and the device you are trying to ping the uc540.
