Hi Team,
Someone can help me regarding on my issue on voicemail on Call Handler.
My setup is when extension 222 if no answer it will go to unity > ( standard ) transfer to " Call Handler - Greeting" > Play personal recording then take message.
My issue is I cannot get the message it is not going to 222 any suggestions?

Where does the user land with the current setup? What do they hear?
Can you send screenshot of your current configuration on Call Handler?

Hi John Ernest,
Like Leszek nicely noted (+5) you would need to look at the Call Handler and check what the "Message Recipient" section is set to (after the "take message" setting). It will be generally set up as "User with mailbox" and that is where the messages that are left in the Call handler will reside.
