Guys,
We can add all existing customers users to the Unity Voicemail, except for one user.
It gives the error
An unrecognized error 0x80070005 has occurred:
E_ACCESSDENIED
The new subscriber was not successfully added.
It is 2003 Exchange server. Any thoughts would be highly appreciated.

Open ADUC with advanced options enable and compare this account with another that works. Check the Unity Directory Service account to see if the account has rights.
Try adding the Unity Directory Service account to the Domain Admins Group.

I have seen this happen when a user was configured not to inherit security settings from the OU. You might check that out too.

Did you ever sort this issue out as I have just encountered the same issue.

Try using the "Remove Subscriber Properties" tool to clean all the unity related properties from that subscriber and then try to import again.
You can find this tool in Commserver\utilities\RemoveSubsrciberProperties\
