Cant change value in Unity 4.05

Hi, Im trying to change a phone number on the profile page of a unity subscriber. When I do, I am getting the error that the number already belongs to another Unity subscriber and gives me the users account it is related to. When I look up that user, the number is not the same (it may have been in the past and could have been changed but is not there now). I have queried all unity servers in the SA for that number, and the Global Subscriber Tool and table on each unity server in the dialing domain and it does not find anything. When I look up the user in question which Unity reports owns that number in the Subscriber table in SQL, I can not find any trace of that number. Is there somewhere else I can look to determine where in Unity that number is hanging around? I dont want to have to delete and re-add the one user that Unity is reporting owns this number as he is a production user. Thanks.

Here is the screenshot of the error message.

Have you tried running DBWalker at all? Just a thought.

yes, ran DBWalker and did a search for the number/user there, nothing was found.

This may be a stranded entry - as noted by the previous poster, dbWalker may turn this up. You can also pull up the CUDLE data viewer (which you'll find in the Tools Depot on the desktop) - if you open the vw_DTMFAccessID_DialingDomain view and sort by the DTMFAccessID column (remember it sorts alphabetically, not by number value) - see if you can find the ID being referenced. If ou over the mouse over the ObjectID column it'll resolve it to the owner if it's still a valid Id object.

Thanks very much. I used the CUDLE tool and this is an alternate device set by a user - the one area I wasnt looking at.
