Is it possible to "update" the status area of CSA to allow SQL to perform it's misson? I keep receiving the following in the log file:
7/10/2006 3:30:01 AM: The process 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Binn\sqlservr.exe' (as user VOICEMAIL\UnityAdmin) attempted to access 'D:\backup\reportdb_full.dat'. The attempted access was a write (operation = OPEN/WRITE). The operation was denied.
Is there a file somewhere where I can update CSA to allow this process to take place?
CSA V4.5-1 build 639

Lee,
Take a look at the following link regarding the file structure for SQL backups.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Brandon,
Not sure how instructions for 1.1 will help when I'm running 2.03. Also didn't see anything in the listing about SQL backups.
I did check the bug list for the SQL and will change the directory to SQLBackups to see if that changes the CSA behavior.

Fixed the problem by changing the backup location to d:\sqlbackups and the security agent no longer gets in the way.
