Hi team!
I currently have a customer that has UC500. They have a Polycom SoundStation2 and they want to make conferences. The problems is that we cannot make conference, the process I am following is:
1) I make a call to extension 2001
2) I push flash, the call in extension 2001 are put in hold (I can hear the MOH)
3) I dial the second extension 2002
4) I push flas again and I can hear a sound but nothing happens. The second call is not dropped, the first call is still on hold and I can keep talking with extension 2002.
5) I hang-up all extensions, but the Polycom cant make a call again, it does not respond.
Configuration in CUCM 8.6, IOS ver 12.4 (11)XW3. Extension 2029, port FXS 0/3
