Hi,
Please correct me if I am wrong. Any call placed via CUCM/Gateways are stored in the CAR database, as soon as call ends, CDRs and CMRs get generated from the CAR database correct?

Hi Pandian,
CDR and CMR files are generated when the call ends and then pushed to CAR database. For generating CMR records the 'Call Diagnostics Enabled' service parameter should be set to True. You can then run reports using the CDR Analysis and Reporting Tool under Cisco Unified Serviceability.
