Anyone have any experience or have any qualified doc on migrating from Call Mgr 4.1 to ver 6? Just saw the EOL notice, need to gather more info...thx.

one quick question - I'm expecting this will be buried in here somewhere, but, do you generally run the DMA tool/cd/script first? (or not) BEFORE running the new install of CCM v6 ?

Hi David,
Good question :) This is buried in one of the great docs from Chris;
You must install and run DMA on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager publisher server before you upgrade to Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.1(2).
