Hi Everyone, I haven't played with unity or call manager for several versions, now working on 8.0. I need to have the ability to place a greeting on the pilot of a hunt group then forward the caller to the huntgroup after the message plays. Here is the scenario:
Call rings in on 123, caller gets the greeting "Welcome to ACME Acres. If you are calling about ACME Wearhouse, please hang up and dial 555-1212, otherwise remain on the line." then the caller is forwarded to first member of the hunt group. It's a very basic application but I can't figure out how to set it up in 8.0. Back in 4.x it was easy to do but now I'm having major brain cramps. I work in a multi-tenant building and all the tenants want this application but no one purchase the IVR add on for unity so the easy way is out. Any suggestions?

Hi MM,
Here are the basic building blocks
1. In CUCM create CTI-RP (CTI Route Point) for 123 with Call Forward All
checked to route to CUC Pilot #
2. In CUC create Call Handler (with custom recorded greeting) on 123 with the
after greeting action to as described in this excellent thread
https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3073810#3073810
and
3. this will route the call to 456 which is the new Hunt Pilot/Hunt List/Line Group created here

Cheers!
