Trying to utilize Live Monitoring of Active Agent on a live call receive error message 

She is a Supervisor I get the same message and I'm an Administrator assign to that Que

Unable to Silent Monitor at this time. Contact your system administrator.

I'm I missing something?

You need to check the silent monitor configuration, and also give the supervisor the right privilege in cucm

Followed the Document I can now Monitor Live Agent calls.

It's weird have was programed half was not.
