Hi Azeez,

Can you attach CDR repository manager log

JB

Many thanks Bhandari and apologies for the late response.

Please see log attached.

Thank you

So as you said

-Confirmed replication status on all nodes is good.

- Confirm CDR agent service and CDR repository manager service are up and running

- both have been restarted

Problem should have been cleared from above, if possible try this

Go to "Cisco Unified CM CDR Analysis and Reporting" -> " System" -> "database" -> "Manual Purge" Click on "Reload All Call Detail Records".

Only downside is it would delete all CDR\CMR older than 1 month, and it should ideally be performed after hours, as it is CPU intensive.

JB

Many thanks JB! I'll try that and update you

Hi,

did it helps?

JB

Hello JB,

Unfortunately no and i now have a TAC case open. I will update on the fix, once issue has been resolved.

Hi JB,

Many thanks for your help.

Appears we were hitting this bug CsCuc66255.

Workaround was, Setting "utils os secure permissive" which now allows CDR records to be transferred between the subscriber and publishe

Recommended fix to upgrade CUCM

Great you updated the forum, it might help someone in future.
