With reference to attached image we are unable to fetch the CDR reports and no options are working. Giving the below error. Restarted the services for troubleshooting. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.
It would seem there is some kind of corruption. (Not that I'm saying anything that is not already clear.) Generally, that would be a TAC case. What happens if you press the "Restore Defaults" button?
The second one relates more specifically to v5/6, but the recovery steps may be helpful if the information in the first link does not solve your issue.
