I just need to import the CDR from the cme to ftp server so what i have done, ... Please read the below
I have just configured the cme with these parameters

gw-accounting file
primary ftp 172.17.2.30/CDR-FTP username CISCO password CISCO
secondary ifs flash:CDR-flash
maximum buffer-size 15
maximum retry-count 3
maximum fileclose-timer 1
maximum cdrflush-timer 245
cdr-format compact
!
And regarding to the FTP program its activated and the ftp ports which is 21 and sftp 22 is opened . loges shown when I'm trying to implement the below commands but about the CDR its not appear after many attempts
#file-acct flush with-close
#file-acc reset
