Hello,
Please ensure that the "CDR Flag Enabled" service parameter is set to "True" on all call processing CUCM nodes. Then verify that the "Continuous Loading 24/7" setting is enabled from the CAR page > System > Scheduler > CDR Load. Also verify that the below listed services are running and try restarting them:
On PUB:
- Cisco CAR Scheduler
- Cisco CDR Agent
On all call processing SUBs:
- Cisco CDR Agent
I hope this helps.

I already did what you mentioned. but after that i couldnt test it.
For your information:
"CDR Flag Enabled" service parameter is set to "True" - YES
"Continuous Loading 24/7" setting is enabled ---- YES
On PUB:
- Cisco CAR Scheduler --- YES running. Also restarted.
- Cisco CDR Agent ---- YES . restarted
On all call processing SUBs:
- Cisco CDR Agent --- YES. Already restarted.
what will I do if for some reason if it didnt work? what I need to verify?
