Dears:
My company is using CUCM, CUC, IMP version 11.5SU8 as the IP PBX system and Jabber softphone solution. I recently discovered that Jabber login through MRA will display the wrong caller number. I have performed different dialing tests and presented the results in the attachment In the PDF file, would anyone have similar experience can help solve this problem or can provide suggestions for troubleshooting directions? Thanks
Our company's CUCM and CUC use SCCP for integration, expressway version is X12.6.2

So when some one calling your auto attend and dial the extension it’s showing voicemail pilot number as caller-id I hope this is your problem.
to show original caller id check the below configuration.
CallManager System Parameter:
Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity = True

Wrong caller number means when u dial someone outside for example a Gsm number or both internal extension and outside call?

Hi Nithin:
Only when someone dials my company phone number and then dials the extension number (such as my my attached dialing test result document), will the wrong caller number appear, and dialing external calls (such as Gsm number) or internal extensions and outside calls will not happen
