Hi,
We are getting the below alert on the "Licence Manager" page of our CER:
"Warning: Phones being tracked exceed the number of user licenses available"
Please let us know if there is a way to limit the no. of phones tracked by CER. I understand that by default it tracks all the registered phones on CUCM.
Also let us know the implications of the error message in detail.

You cannot, all phones defined on CUCM will be tracked and unfortunately you need to license every single CUCM phone even if not used by CER, I struggled with this one before and simple answer from Cisco BU was that this is the way the product was designed. One can hope this will change in future versions :-)
