On CER, Switch Port Details, I see the ERL Name, Switch IP Address, IfName, Location, Ext, IP Addr, Phone Type, and Port Description. When an email alert is sent it says:
EMERGENCY CALL DETAILS (Generated by CiscoER) Caller Extension : 7555 Zone/ERL : Floor 4 Location : ***THIS***
Call Time : April 15, 2015 4:17:42 PM PDT
I have looked all over and I can't find where I can have the email send the Port Description instead of Location -OR- have the Port Description be the Location. When I click on "View" in the Switch Port Details, the Location field is blank but it shows the correct Port Description like 423.1 D1, which would be the office number, jack #1, Data #1. That is the information I want sent with the email, not just Floor 4.
