We have Cisco CER 9.0(2) and we have IP Phones connected to various switches. However, what we see that Gig ports /45 -  /48 are not discoverable in Switch port details in CER. We are using 3850 stack and the configuration on ports are identical, see below. We have reset the switch, reboot CER, but does not help.

Help!!!

interface GigabitEthernet2/0/44
 description 2a-xx
 switchport access vlan 40
 switchport mode access
 switchport voice vlan 340
 ip access-group ISE-DFLT-RESTRICT in
 trust device cisco-phone
 authentication event fail action next-method
authentication event server dead action reinitialize vlan 40
 authentication host-mode multi-auth
 authentication open
 authentication order dot1x mab
 authentication priority dot1x mab
 authentication port-control auto
 authentication violation restrict
 mab
 dot1x pae authenticator
 dot1x timeout tx-period 10
 auto qos voip cisco-phone
 spanning-tree portfast
 service-policy input AutoQos-4.0-CiscoPhone-Input-Policy
 service-policy output AutoQos-4.0-Output-Policy

I am seeing the same issue on 6 3850 switches CER cannot see Gi2/0/48 on some and Gi3/0/48 and Gi4/0/48 on others, the other stacked switches we CER sees all the ports We are also on CER 9.0.2.

I deleted the switch out of CER and rebuilt it and it did not change on the rediscovery.  I have opened a TAC case and will update when I find out more.
