How can I change the display name for outbound calls using MGCP using call manager 8.5 phone use sccp.

The name you send is related to the DN making the call, if you mean you want all calls with a certain name, that's not possible, unless you configure it on every single DN.
There's not a one stop config to do this, assuming that's what you want.

Go to one of the DNs you know shows that CNAM, and it should be configured there, just change it as you need.
If it's not, there's the possibility your telco is doing that for you, and then you'll need to ask them to change it.

EX:
When we call outside the office our caller ID displays as: "
Xray GRP HG" on people's phones.
Can we get this changed to simply "Xray"?

I did a search and did not find that name on any descriptions and I will contact the ISP.

You can check the website mentioned in my profile for a solution to outbound calling name in Canada.
To my knowledge, telco will not set it for you.
