I am using Cisco Unity Connection 8.6.1 and have voided my inbox licenses. A few days ago I noticed that the time stamp for voicemails was different than what our CUCM was saying so I immediately assumed that the NTP servers were different. I was correct and made the change on our CUC server. I came back to add another user a few days later and was prompted that I did not have enough licenses. After researching it after the fact, it looks like this happened because the NTP server value is one of the values that cannot change with the current license and I am in a trial state for 30 days (24 days left currently). Now my problem is that I don't remember what that NTP server was to put back in. How can I rectify this issue?

Hi William,
I suppose unity connection is installed on VM and hence, License MAC is there
you can get the license rehost by initiating mail to licensing@cisco.com

Yes it is on a VM. I emailed the address and they are assisting me now. Thanks for the help!
