I was wondering if someone could help me with this. I currently have our auto attendant going through UCCX which goes over to finesse. I am looking to change that and have the auto attendant go through unity directly. I setup the route point but when i dial the preset number if forwards over to main voicemail prompt. i would like to to flow through the system call handlers that I have setup. I cant find out what i am actually missing. The call handlers are all setup and the flows are correct as well as the greetings.
