Changing CUCM 8.0 IP address

After I change the IP address of the Publisher, i am not able to login. It shows "Database Communication Error" but when I revert it back to the old IP its working. Please advice regarding this issue of what has to be done

This issue has burned me in the past.  Change the IP on the web gui then the CLI and you should be fine.
