Hi Folks, I need to change the default gateway of my UCM publisher which is fine in itself but it has the licence manager co-located so will this change the licensing? Will I need to re-host the license file?

Thanks

Paul

With Co-resident install there would not be any issue.

Hi Paul,

you dont need to rehost the licenses in case you are changing the default GW on your CUCM.

JB

OK thats great thanks, and that would suffice for the license manager as well or is there a separate step for that part of the solution?

When you say License manager are you talking about ELM\PLM.

What is the CUCM version you are running.

JB

yes and its version 10.5

Thanks

Great Thanks. Just needed confirmation.

Happy to help,

Once you have changed the default GW, test the connectivity with application. If you are seeing any error with licenses the most you will have to do would be to delete and re-add the licenses to PLM and that is worse case scenario.
