Cisco 7821 phone Auto Ans with Speaker feature

I am having issues with auto ans with speaker on cisco 7821 phone. I select this feature on the line, save it apply config but when I call this number, it doesn't turn the speaker ON!!! Call come through handset. Am I missing something else?

And you are having issues only with this model? Or only with a specific 7821?

I have only tried one 7821 model....not sure about other models!!!

it has to something else somewhere not letting speaker phone to work!!! When I moved the same with same firmware on different cluster, it works fine

no...here is my situation right now-

we have 2 UCM clusters one uses newer firmware for 7821 phones and other uses older one. But it doesn't matter because on one of the UCM clusters, speaker option doesn't work. I don't think it is a firmware issue. I also looked at the enterprise parameters (anything to do Auto answering calls) and both clusters have same settings!!!
