Cisco AQM - Changing SQL from Enterprise to Express

After migrating the SQL cleanly (can login to SQL Express, see data), running Post Installation on AQM (clean), we cannot log into AQM.  Has anyone done this process before?  Any gotchas?

Steps were -

1)  Remove SQL 2012 Enterprise

2)  Install SQL 2012 Express

3)  Restore SQL database to Express using Studio

4)  Configure and enable TCPIP (This was the gotcha)

4) Run AQM PostInstall

Even though TCPIP was in the protocol list when installing Express, it wasnt enabled.  Once enabling it, all worked and we could login to AQM.
