I know that AQM supports live monitoring to supervisors and audio is sent to their extension.
I have a similar requirement to hear on extension but for historical recording.
Meaning: Recent recordings/historical recordings should be available on IP phone extension by dialing a number/web interface.
If anyone came across similar solution please assist or suggest.
